Best Decision I Made Last Week

We at Electric Pursuit are all about embracing the good, the bad, and the mundane! Selecting the best decision we made last week is our own way of celebrating the choices we make.

At the end of April we met up in Nashville and then continued our journey to Austin.  We’ve been spending the past week recovering from the local IPAs and added miles we were walking daily. Check out the best decisions we made in each city.

[Nashville] The best decision we made in Nashville was touring the Grand Ole Opry. It was really great to learn about the history behind the Grand Ole Opry.

During the tour we got to check out areas where they film Nashville, the different dressing rooms performers use, and had our photo taken at center stage which has a six-foot circle that was taken from the Ryman Auditorium, the original home to the Grand Ole Opry.

[Austin] The best decision we made in Austin was to ride a mechanical bull.  It just seemed like the right thing to do while in the Lone Star state.

We recommend having a cocktail or two or three before attempting this.  It’s also a good idea to watch the bachelorette wearing a mini dress show you how it’s done first.  If Taylor Swift’s “Trouble” is playing during your ride, the stars have aligned, so soak in those 30 glory-filled seconds of your life.

Is Jess daintily touching her face while riding the mechanical bull? Interesting approach. I’m going to have to go with Jithu’s.
